1. This offer is valid for guests arriving after 8:00pm only.
2. Conservation fees last for 24 hours per ticket and that conservation fees are mandatory
3. Bookings are accepted on the understanding that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance with at least cover for medical, Repatriation and cancellation included. The policy number, insurance provider, and emergency contact information, to be provided before the commencement of the journey.
4. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
5. Balance payable in full 46 days prior to arrival.
6. Guests are required to complete a registration form and waiver on arrival.
7. Room / House check in is 11:00AM on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00AM on the day of departure.
8. In the event of cancellation:
Between 45-31 days 50% of the full payment will be forfeited and 50% will be refunded. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee.
9. We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuation, Increases in costs or taxes that are beyond our control.
10. Liability: All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Emakoko acts only as the reservations office for the properties, and assumes liability whatsoever for any reason, including but not limited to, damages, loss, accidents or delay to person or property.
11. Your booking will be held provisionally for 14 days. The expiry date of the booking will be noted on the reservation summary that you are sent. You are required to confirm the booking prior to the expiry date otherwise it will automatically expire. If you require more time to confirm your booking, the expiry date may be extended once (on request).
12. To confirm a booking: A booking shall only be confirmed upon receipt of the 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Proof of Comprehensive Travel insurance is required.
